Online gambling players know all about the WTP. Here is something else to know about it, too. This year's World Poker Tour Ladies Night III, will be coming back to Southern California with a few new twists. Already known to be one of the WTP's biggest events, Ladies Night will offer help for cancer research this year.

The biggest and best women's tourney of the year will have a few more celebs attending, but the real deal is the contribution that will be made to research on breast cancer. The event will take place at the Bicycle Casino. 

On Wednesday, August 31 the Ladies' Poker Party open tournament begins. Any women over the age 21 can play in the $125 buy-in poker game. Fifteen dollars from each buy-in will be donated to finding a cure for breast cancer. There will definitly be a bigger turn-out of celebrities than ever before, over 400 players in all are expected.  Many well known women celebrities like Jennifer Tilly, Sara Rue and Shannon Elizabeth along with Andrea Parker will be in attendance. The winner of the August 31st event will be propelled into the main event - the televised WPT Ladies' Night III tournament to be held the very next evening September 1st.

Famous female poker pros like Isabelle Mercier and Marsha Waggoner will also turn out to play hard for a good cause and a lot of poker.
